London is devoted to the healing powers of movement and mindfulness. She is a Registered 200 Hour Teacher with Yoga Alliance and has been teaching Yoga and Mindfulness in Denver for over a year. In addition, she has taught abroad in Colombia as well as completed over 100 hours in continuing education in Yoga and other movement and meditation modalities. London is a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is deeply passionate about working within her community to facilitate healing through movement, stewardship, and integrative health care.

London teaches a Relaxing Yoga style incorporating Yin and Restorative styles into an extremely nourishing experience. She hopes to encourage each student to find release and calm in her class.
