Technique workshops are designed to help you get the most out of your Essentrics workout. Workshops are limited to 10 people so each person can receive personal feedback. This is a great opportunity to develop a stronger understanding of how various Essentrics techniques can help you achieve a body that feels and looks fabulous.

Connecting Brain to Body to get more out of every Essentrics workout.
Tapping into the central nervous system is critical in Essentrics. In the workshop, we will learn how to use Essentrics techniques to recruit the the nervous system to the movements. When brain and body connect, we maximize movement, promote healing, and increase strength and mobility. Workshop will include a 30-minute discussion/practice followed by a 30-minute mini-workout to apply the information discussed.
