It is indescribable the feeling of being back together in community! We have classes every day in person again, join us!

After 15 months of online classes and missing our

After 15 months of online classes and missing our deeply connected and loving community, we are so pleased to announce that we are opening to in person classes again this weekend beginning June 18th!
Five years ago this week we were preparing to open for the first time and it feels so synchronistic that we will be stepping into this new beginning again on the weekend of the Summer Solstice. Thank you for your continued support over this incredibly challenging time and for believing in the Magic of movement and iBODY!

Things will be slightly different as we navigate re-opening the studio in a changed world. We are starting slow and will be adding new classes and teachers as time goes on. There will still be some online zoom classes available, so check the schedule often for changes and additions.
24 hour access will still be available and we will sometimes offer it on our live in-person classes!

Please carefully read the following details before you return to classes at iBODY.

-ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE. WE WILL START WITH LIMITED NUMBERS AND REQUIRE A 12 HOUR CANCELLATION.

-YOGA MATS WILL BE AVAILABLE, BUT YOU MUST THOROUGHLY CLEAN THEM WHEN FINISHED. CLEANING SOLUTION AND TOWELS WILL BE PROVIDED.

-ARRIVE EARLY AS CLASSES WILL BEGIN ON TIME AND THE ENTRANCE DOORS WILL BE LOCKED. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND WILL BE LATE, PLEASE CALL THE STUDIO TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET IN. 720.379.4978

-PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND ANY CLASSES IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS.

-JUST A REMINDER THAT iBODY IS A FRAGRANCE-FREE ENVIRONMENT. PLEASE DON'T WEAR OR APPLY ANY PERFUMES, COLOGNES, OILS, ETC. IN THE BUILDING.

-MANY OF THE CLASSES WILL BE FILMED FOR OUR 24 HOUR ACCESS OFFERINGS. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE ROOM IN AREAS THAT ARE NOT IN THE FILMING FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNCOMFORTABLE.

The joy and anticipation pulsing in community is palpable and I cannot wait to personally welcome you back into our sacred space of movement!

We are honoring Studio @niastudiopdx in Portland this morning as they say goodbye to their gorgeous and sacred space of 33 years. Deeply feeling the experience and memories of all the times we went there to learn, play and be moved. @debbierosas and @stuart.fm we are with you holding you and celebrating your beautiful barefoot print you leave in that space as well as in the hearts of everybody who danced there. This may be the last dance but it is also a new beginning.
