Dana Hood – Rhythm Rebel/ Libra/Serial Entrepreneur/ Dog Lover/ Dance and Lifestyle Liberation Guide/ Obsessive Creative/ My classes are an energetic mix of expression, release, laughter, healing, play and fun. I am inspired by creating community and Epic experiences! I have been leading movement retreats since 2013 in Mexico, Bali, Panama and Costa Rica. I live and lead from a powerfully authentic, somatic – heart centered place, creating a holistic and empowering experience of pleasure, empowerment and deep connection.
Lola Manekin – Brazilian / Mystical Woman/ Warrior Woman / Medicine Woman/ Breathwork Facilitator/ Body Alchemista/ Poems in Beats Creatrix. I have a vast background in Integrative Medicine and in movement as a somatic experience to heal and awaken. My offerings are a blend of everything that I have learned translated through the lenses of my own heart and soul. I love the sisterhood that is created when we come together and appreciate how these retreats create a deep attunement, inviting us to slow down, look deep inside and allow healing to happen.

Note: All Ocean Rooms require stair climbing. Garden Rooms are at ground level.

Please read all cancellation policies below and agree to get trip cancellation insurance before registering! If you are in the iBODY Community, we prefer you pay in person at the studio. Checks, Venmo, Zelle and cash preferred, online credit card payments will include 3.75% fee.
The Fine Print
Reservations/ Deposit/ Important Info
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to hold your reservation. Your remaining balance will be spread over 2 subsequent payments on Oct 1st and Jan 1st. Payment can be made by cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal (friends and family). If your only option is to pay by credit card, a 3.75% fee will be added to your total .
Prices do not include airfare.
Please confirm room availability and details of flight times before booking your flights! Room selections are available on a first come first serve basis.
*There are flights into Puerto Vallarta from most major US airports. Shuttle from airport to the resort is approx 1.5hours. We will be planning the details, so please confirm all flights with us prior to purchasing to assure required arrival and leaving time windows.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
*Mar de Jade is a beach/jungle property with different elevations, so be prepared for stairs, inclines and lots of walking.
*We will have a professional photographer on site to document our retreat journey.
Cancellation Policy
All payments for the Soul Fire Retreat are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures.
Cancellations made before October 1, 2026:
Participants will receive a credit equal to their second payment toward the following year’s Soul Fire Retreat, minus the non-refundable deposit.
This credit applies to the retreat value only and does not cover any future price increases.
Cancellations made on or after October 1, 2026:
No credits or refunds will be issued.
In the event of a pandemic or similar global disruption, the retreat will be rescheduled rather than canceled. Payments will be transferred to the new dates, and no refunds will be provided.
These policies apply in all circumstances, including illness, injury, travel delays, weather, or personal conflicts. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel Insurance
Soul Fire Retreats will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for cancelled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. We highly recommend travel cancellation insurance should your travel plans change or if retreat is cancelled for any reason.
*As of January 1, 2007 all U.S. citizens need a valid U.S. passport to travel in and out of the U.S. Your passport MUST have at least 6 months remaining before expiration to be considered valid. Please check with your airline or travel agent if you have additional questions regarding necessary documentation. These requirements can change without notice.
